SunTrust was way better than this Truist, poor customer service, and they rarely ever help me with my request. Plus, the online banking is just useless, can't even let one update their information or once updated the customer service says they can't verify your information.
Like, how do you expect me to be without access to money that is mine. Plus they have very limited local branch locations, actually none in my State of residence and right now I can't use my card as it has been blocked until I am able to visit a local branch to update my address.
Can't wait to go to the state that has the bank and close the account because it has been from one problem to another. DON'T BANK HERE for your own sanity and peace.
I traded a vehicle in August 9, 2023; I have proof that Truist deposited my gap refund check on September 20, 2023. It is now December 14, 2023 and I have been given every excuse under the sun as to why I have not received my money yet. Poor customer service.
